Nashville native, Sylvia McCormick, got her start in real estate in 2011.  Taking an interest in the family business, she started her career helping her father develop lake houses on Center Hill Lake. 

Sylvia wore many hats within the company, designing and marketing, eventually moving on to sales. It blossomed into a full time career, where she discovered a passion for connecting individuals and families with their dream homes. 

She went on to establish Sylvia Builds Futures, her first real estate venture. As a Realtor, nothing satisfied her more than finding that perfect fit for her clients, and connecting them to the future space they would live and grow in.  

Now, she has leveraged that background to create Mc2 Development, a premier builder of contemporary single family homes in Nashville, Tennessee.
